New Humanity Foundation is dedicated to promoting conscious living, self-realization, and the advancement of human consciousness in the US, Canada, UK, Europe and abroad through educational programs, community-based projects, and humanitarian assistance, as well as to advance any purpose that is exclusively charitable under the laws of the said countries.

New Humanity Foundation supports the teachings of Sat Mindo and Lyonne Premananda by making them available to all who sincerely yearn for peace and freedom.

New Humanity Foundation is a non-profit, tax-exempt, Advaita Vedanta religious organization. We welcome sincere students of any race, ethnicity, ancestry, gender expression, national origin, disability, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background. We welcome all to our community of friends practicing the teachings together, bringing depth and clarity to our lives.

Founded in 2019 in the Maltese Islands, the New Humanity Foundation today reaches people around the world who are naturally drawn to the sincerity and depth of Sat Mindo’s and Lyonne Premananda's message. Our team and many dedicated volunteers work together to bring these teachings forward through In Person and Online Programs, Publications, Live Online Meetings, and Media. We bring support to our Community through various Support and Scholarship Programs. Our organization is run on the principles of integrity, sincerity, and a loving awareness of ourselves, each other, and the world around us.

We are registered as a non-profit organization in Malta as New Humanity Foundation VO/1644, in the US as New Humanity Life Inc. Non-Profit organization registered 501(c)(3) status, and pending formation in the UK as New Humanity Foundation.
