Self Love Program

The Self Love Program is designed with the intention to guide individuals towards cultivating a deeper sense of self-love, nurturing genuine self-care practices, and truly meeting one’s personal needs. Our aim is to create a supportive environment where participants can explore and embrace self-love as an essential component of overall well-being.


This program focuses on the importance of self-love, real self-care,  understanding and safeguarding our own personal needs. Participants will engage in exploring and practicing self-love at all times throughout their lives. The workshop will include exercises using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), breathwork and meditation to release limiting beliefs, enhance one’s self awareness and cultivate authentic self-love practices.

How we will do it:

Through interactive sessions and practical exercises, participants will delve into techniques for real self-love and genuine self-care. The workshop will incorporate EFT practices to release energetic blockages and limiting beliefs hindering self-love. Participants will learn and practice self-care rituals that can be continued at home. The program will conclude with a tuning into Love Meditation for a deeper connection with the self.
